They are in a front entry-way between the Art & Frame shop and the photo shop, very well lite, along with about 80 other paintings, very nice show.

MY ART STUDIO IS READY!!!!

All the originals have a special place and all the new work is waiting to be worked on. This is very exciting.

I will start working on new paintings for the "Threads of History" theme. I have a number of this series finished and ready to show, but want to have a few more to show a gallery for a solo show, hopefully within the year, probably in Sarasota or Tampa.

Here are two photos of my working studio, when I am in the studio I look across the dining room to a lake and the 18th fairway. The Studio is facing North, with lots of windows and light.

NEW WORKING ART STUDIO

My studio is now ready for use. It is very exciting!!! This is my first organized studio in a smaller, but lovely room overlooking the lake and 18th fairway.

The last cabinets were installed yesterday. I am so excited. This studio is the best!!!! I have a beautiful view of a lake and the 18th fairway. See the finished product. Moving has taken a lot of effort, but it all has been worth while. I feel like I am on vacation everyday.



We leave for Jamaica tomorrow, so I will not be able to finish organizing my new studio until I get back. But I am looking forward to painting (plein air) in Jamacia. I will be sketching and painting in beautiful Jamaica for two and half weeks, so look for Jamaica scenes at the end of the month, unless I am able to get on my blog before that.



I look forward to producing new art in my studio and continuing with my newest theme "THREADS OF HISTORY". I am also excited about painting in Florida. The plants and wild life are so different compared to Washington.
