My painting will be on display. My newest work "Threads of History Series" - "My Grandmother's Lace IV" - original 20"X20"
This is history viewed through my grandmother's generation, living in Missouri on a farm owned by the family for 200 years. As 
I realize how much it is part of my life. My own life is opening windows to help me see and create work from these experiences and my journey with art. "Grandbecome history, Imother's Lace" painting shows the pieces of her lace and threads she used for sewing dresses, etc. These are the common threads in our family. I have followed in my aware of my family grandmother's footsteps designing clothes, sewing and painting and continuing to use these common threads.
